Activities Assistant

The Activities Assistant role is onsite in Rockland, MA, with pay of $15–$22 per hour. Webster Park Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is a 110-bed sub-acute and long-term care facility focused on compassionate, quality care and meaningful resident engagement. This role supports residents’ social, emotional, physical, and intellectual well-being by helping plan and run activities, encouraging participation, and coordinating with the interdisciplinary team. It also documents engagement and communicates relevant changes to team members.

What you'll do

• Help plan, organize, and implement recreational, social, educational, and community-based programs
• encourage resident participation based on individual interests and abilities
• document participation
• observe and report changes in residents’ moods, behaviors, interests, or engagement
• collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
• assist with events, resident transport, outreach, and administrative records.
