What you'll do

• Supervise clinical support staff, including scheduling, performance management, and professional development
• maintain daily clinic operations and patient experience
• provide direct patient care and education as needed
• oversee scheduling, triage, prior authorizations, and follow-up coordination
• ensure regulatory, licensing, and accreditation compliance
• manage lab operations, medication storage, vaccines, and supply inventory
• collaborate on program operations, budgeting, and process improvement
• lead quality improvement efforts
• support recruitment, onboarding, and training
• promote compassionate, culturally responsive, patient-centered care.
