The Construction Project Manager (Controls & Data Centers) role is primarily field-based at active construction sites in the Sterling, VA region and surrounding markets. Compensation is $135,000–$155,000 per year. JSET Automated Technologies works on building automation, electrical power monitoring, controls integration, and mission-critical infrastructure projects. The project manager leads controls and data center construction from startup through turnover, coordinating field teams, subcontractors, vendors, schedules, budgets, and project documentation. The role supports safe, high-quality project execution through commissioning and closeout.

What you'll do

• Lead controls and data center construction projects from startup through turnover
• direct field technicians, foremen, subcontractors, and vendors
• manage schedules, budgets, forecasts, procurement, and resources
• review contracts, drawings, and specifications
• manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, billing, and documentation
• conduct jobsite walks
• support commissioning and turnover
• maintain safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
