Equipment Maintenance Technician III

The Equipment Maintenance Technician III role is onsite in Hunt Valley, MD. Compensation is not specified. The position reports to the Production Supervisor and supports AutoPak equipment and production operations. The role keeps automated manufacturing equipment operating through setup, operation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. It contributes to production, quality, and waste goals while following established procedures, GMP, housekeeping, and safety requirements.

What you'll do

• Set up and operate AutoPak equipment
• perform routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. Adjust machine settings and maintain production equipment, including mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems. Run multiple lines and manage changeovers
• support operations where needed. Follow procedures for filling, packing, assembly, labeling, and inspection
• document quality, safety, and maintenance activity
• conduct root-cause analysis for process or product exceptions. Work with contractors and vendors as needed and follow GMP, housekeeping, and safety procedures. Overtime may be required.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or GED and relevant technical training and experience; the posting gives alternative experience pathways of a certificate plus two years or four years of relevant experience.
