• Prepare food according to recipes and prescribed methods
• follow cook times and maintain food quality
• receive and store products according to health regulations
• maintain a clean and safe kitchen
• follow sanitation, storage, and rotation procedures
• operate and clean kitchen equipment
• label and date prepared products
• assemble and dismantle workstations
• communicate with kitchen staff and management.
