What you'll do

  • Develop and maintain an integrated ODHR communications strategy and calendar
  • advise leaders on audience, timing, tone, and channels
  • and prepare communication packages for initiatives and changes. Translate HR policies and operational information into clear, accessible content. Gather departmental updates and synthesize them into executive summaries, briefings, and impact reports. Coordinate shared digital content, forms, user guidance, and cross-functional platform issues with ODHR teams, IT, and other stakeholders.
