What you'll do

• Manage applicable upfront and post-sale credits in Caterpillar systems
• process approved sales orders and revisions
• coordinate Tier 4 pairing requirements and replacement engine orders
• issue purchase orders for non-factory orders and shop work
• process vendor invoices
• review factory order acknowledgements
• monitor sales backlog and orders
• process delivery orders and inventory transactions
• reconcile assigned general ledger accounts
• prepare closing summaries and monthly gross-profit reports
• track order discrepancies.
