The Help Desk Technician — Tier 1 is an onsite role in Boulder, CO. Compensation is $61,000–$78,000 per year. What you'll do

• Manage and prioritize Jira Service Management support tickets
• deploy and maintain end-user hardware and software
• guide users on IT procedures
• diagnose and document technical issues and escalate as needed
• maintain support documentation and knowledge-base solutions
• apply security standards
• assist with maintenance and IT projects.

Why this role
