What you'll do

• Assist with safe passenger boarding and luggage handling
• monitor aircraft movements on the ground
• communicate with pilots, operations, ticket agents, TSA, and local law enforcement
• marshal aircraft
• operate ground equipment
• perform de-icing procedures
• calculate baggage weight
• follow emergency and hazardous-material procedures
• drive a passenger shuttle bus if applicable to the station.
