Registered Dietitian (RD)

The Registered Dietitian (RD) role is onsite in Jacksonville, FL; compensation is $44–$48 per hour. The position directs the clinical operation of the facility’s Food Services Department. The dietitian assesses residents’ nutritional needs, develops and monitors dietary care plans, and coordinates with food service, nursing, medical, and other departments. The role supports safe, compliant food services and individualized nutrition care for residents.

What you'll do

• Direct the Clinical Nutrition Department
• complete and update dietary assessments
• plan and evaluate clinical programs
• coordinate with food service, nursing, and other departments
• maintain departmental policies and records
• review menus and diet plans against physician orders
• develop resident dietary care plans and monitor progress
• participate in care conferences and surveys
• conduct meal observations and sanitation rounds
• support staff development, quality assurance, budget planning, and resident rights
• comply with HIPAA requirements.
