What you'll do

• Operate and maintain CNC lathes to produce components to engineering specifications
• interpret blueprints, drawings, process sheets, and specifications
• load and change tooling and adjust offsets and controls
• monitor operations and correct malfunctions or quality issues
• perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using precision measuring instruments
• troubleshoot machining issues
• perform routine and preventive maintenance
• collaborate with engineers, programmers, supervisors, and team members
• follow safety guidelines
• document settings, inspections, SPC data, and output.
