The Team Lead position is full-time and onsite in Pflugerville, TX; compensation is $19.75 per hour. The Team Lead helps managers lead daily restaurant operations, support team performance, and deliver a positive guest experience. The role delegates tasks, reinforces operating and food-safety standards, and supports team-member training and development.

What you'll do

• Work with managers and team members to provide hospitality and quality food
• coach and support cross-training
• assist with opening and closing, food orders, inventory, and cash handling as needed
• support food safety and cleanliness
• help resolve issues
• support service deployment during the scheduled shift.
