What you'll do

• Wash and store dishes, trays, utensils, cups, and small equipment in designated locations
• keep the dish area clean and sanitized
• check dishwasher operation and report defects
• change dishwasher water every two hours and sanitizer buckets every four hours
• use the three-compartment sink and cleaning chemicals appropriately
• remove trash and clean and reline bins
• clean the parking lot
• communicate kitchen needs
• disassemble and clean the dishwasher and dish area at shift end.
