The account manager develops and manages customer relationships and strategic accounts, supporting retention and growth. The role serves as a primary contact for assigned accounts and coordinates with production to align customer expectations with capacity, lead times, and operational priorities.

• Identify and grow opportunities within the territory
• develop strategies to retain and grow accounts
• forecast and track account metrics
• review customer feedback and business trends
• communicate initiative progress to stakeholders
• serve as lead account contact and assist with escalations
• provide standard product guidance and troubleshooting
• maintain customer relationships
• liaise with production on capacity, lead times, and priorities.
