Base Camp Women’s Case Manager

Job overview

The Base Camp Women’s Case Manager role is onsite in Bellingham, WA, with a Tuesday–Saturday schedule from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Compensation is $27.80 per hour. The role is part of Shelter Operations at Lighthouse Mission Ministries’ emergency and enhanced shelters. The case manager provides one-to-one support, assesses client needs, sets goals, and connects guests with services and supports. The role also helps maintain a safe shelter environment, supports group case management, documents client progress and shelter events, and works with community providers.

What you'll do

• Manage an assigned caseload
• assess client needs, set goals, and meet with clients one-to-one
• plan and supervise group case management activities
• connect guests with available resources and programs
• advocate for clients
• document goals, progress, shelter events, incidents, and mandatory reports
• attend case manager and community partner meetings
• maintain relationships with social service providers
• support and train volunteers and interns as needed.
