The Utility Scale Horizontal Directional Drilling Foreman is an onsite role with 100% travel required, based out of Bend, OR, with a pay range of $44 - $50 per hour. This position leads field crews for R-2 Contractors, a company specializing in critical power and renewable energy infrastructure. This role exists to oversee daily Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) operations. The foreman will plan, coordinate, and execute trenchless conduit installation, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality workmanship while mentoring crew members and maintaining project schedules.
