What you'll do

• Greet and check in clients
• answer phones and questions and respond to emails
• recruit and retain clients
• resolve or refer concerns
• sell memberships and class packages
• facilitate sales using the AXLE client relationship management system
• process retail transactions and restock inventory
• maintain a clean studio
• assist instructors with opening and closing duties.
