What you'll do

• Ensure incoming and outgoing grain is handled efficiently and correctly
• manage customer and truck flow
• bin grain for storage, blending, and loading
• follow grain-flow plans
• load grain into trucks or trains
• coordinate with drivers and dispatch
• maintain clean facilities
• monitor and maintain equipment
• assist customers with loading and unloading
• support other operations duties as needed.
