Intake Assistant

What you'll do

• Answer the appointment scheduling line
• obtain incident and patient demographic information
• enter injured-worker information into the CMS database
• schedule initial physician, physical therapy, and diagnostic imaging appointments
• when applicable, set up new insurance company and employer accounts in the CMS system.
