What you'll do

• Supervise and delegate work to the maintenance team
• maintain the property and prepare apartments
• manage work orders and preventive maintenance
• complete weekly and monthly safety inspections
• attempt repairs in-house
• complete apartment turnover work
• handle service requests involving plumbing, heating, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, landscaping, roofing, and appliances
• respond to emergency calls, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
