What you'll do

• Drive service, quality, and growth initiatives
• perform comprehensive initial assessments
• manage or assist with daily operations and staff and client scheduling
• develop training and onboarding
• train and support RBTs and BCBAs in ABA techniques and programming
• prepare curricula and annual program-effectiveness reports
• provide direct services to clients and parents when appropriate
• communicate with treatment teams
• complete performance evaluations
• coordinate with administrative teams on records and payer relationships.
