What you'll do

• Manage a team of 5–10 sales representatives
• oversee customer visits, quotes, market share, and sales targets
• review proposals
• lead sales meetings and daily huddles
• coach representatives during and after ride-alongs
• lead strategic account planning
• recruit, hire, train, and manage sales personnel
• review and approve sales orders and commissions
• coordinate past-due account follow-up with the A/R Manager.

Why this role
