Leasing Consultant

Job overview

The Leasing Consultant role is onsite in Charlotte, NC. Compensation is $19–$21 per hour. The position supports The Collective NoDa community through leasing, marketing, and resident relations. The consultant markets the community, works to convert prospect traffic into rentals, and helps maintain occupancy and market rents through customer service and positive resident relationships. The role also monitors local market conditions and completes assigned training and administrative tasks.

• present information to prospects and residents
• complete assigned CORE systems training
• support administrative responsibilities as directed.
