Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is based in Coral Springs, FL, with work in clients’ homes, schools, and community settings; compensation is $20–$26 per hour. D & M Behavioral Solutions’ mission is to help children with autism and their families build skills, confidence, and daily routines. The RBT carries out individualized, BCBA-designed ABA treatment plans to help children develop communication, social, play, and daily living skills. The role includes real-time data collection, session documentation, communication with caregivers and the treatment team, and travel between client locations.

What you'll do

• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA direction
• teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills through play-based and naturalistic ABA
• collect real-time data and complete session notes in ABA Matrix within 24 hours
• respond to challenging behavior using the behavior plan
• communicate with caregivers, BCBAs, and the treatment team
• participate in monthly supervision and ongoing training
• maintain confidentiality and follow policies and the RBT Ethics Code.
