What you'll do

• Manage multiple projects to schedule, budget, and quality standards
• review contracts, project documents, and plans
• develop and update schedules using Microsoft Project
• prepare and award subcontract agreements and purchase orders
• coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
• process client invoices and change orders
• track RFIs, submittals, costs, budgets, and financial performance
• support preconstruction and estimating
• manage field weekly payroll and monitor labor productivity.

Why this role
