The Hoist Operator 2 role is onsite in Saint Charles, IL, on the second shift, Monday–Friday, 3 p.m.–11:30 p.m., with a $2 shift differential. Pay is $17.65–$26.55 per hour. RRD provides marketing, packaging, print, and supply-chain solutions for clients worldwide. The operator moves finished products and supplies for storage or shipment, supporting manufacturing operations and inventory flow. The role also performs equipment inspections, maintains orderly storage areas, and follows safety procedures.

What you'll do

• Operate equipment to move finished products for shipping or storage
• supply manufacturing with materials
• stage products
• rack unused supplies and maintain inventory records
• transport and process paper by-products
• empty trash hoppers and perform housekeeping
• inspect hoists and report maintenance needs
• follow safety policies. Battery service and LP/propane changes may be included.
