What you'll do

• Defend employers in federal and state employment litigation
• handle collective bargaining, grievance arbitrations, union avoidance, unfair labor practice proceedings, and NLRB matters
• conduct and defend depositions
• manage discovery
• draft motions and agency position statements
• prepare cases for arbitration, mediation, and trial
• draft agreements, policies, and compliance documents
• advise on employee relations, investigations, discipline, reductions in force, wage and hour compliance, and risk mitigation
• manage client relationships.
