What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living, mobility, transfers, simple meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, laundry, companionship, supervision, errands, and appointments.
• Follow client care plans, report changes or concerns, and maintain timekeeping and basic shift documentation.
