The Carpenter — Precast Concrete Forms role is onsite in Germantown, WI; compensation is $25–$29 per hour. Stonecast Products designs and manufactures concrete products for construction projects. The carpenter builds and assembles molds and forms used to shape precast concrete structures. Accurate fabrication, inspection, and coordination with production teams help ensure forms meet specifications and support production schedules.

What you'll do

• Build and assemble wooden and metal forms for precast concrete
• interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• measure, cut, and shape materials for custom molds
• set up and secure molds to quality and safety standards
• coordinate with production teams on reinforcement placement
• inspect and repair molds
• operate carpentry tools
• assist with mold assembly, dismantling, and cleaning
• maintain a safe and organized work area.
