What you'll do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on SMT printers, inspection systems, pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, optical inspection systems, conveyors, and board-handling equipment
• diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, sensor, and control faults
• maintain tooling, feeders, records, and spare parts
• support line setup, first-piece verification, changeovers, and new product introduction
• monitor process performance and investigate defects
• support troubleshooting and reliability improvements
• train operators on routine equipment care
• communicate equipment status across shifts
• follow ESD, lockout/tagout, machine safety, PPE, and housekeeping requirements. Occasional overtime or weekend support may be needed.
