What you'll do

• Collect and manage field meter data for multiple customers
• gather and consolidate data from varied sources
• support field inquiries and utility-billing issue resolution
• assist with field information for new accounts and meter-access authorizations
• identify abnormal metering situations and advise the Energy Management team
• provide administrative, reporting, data-entry, and phone support.
