Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) — Hybrid

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst role is hybrid in Winston-Salem, NC. Pay is $85–$105 per hour. Glow Forward ABA provides behavior analysis services to children in North Carolina and works with families and other professionals. The BCBA assesses clients, develops and implements behavior intervention plans, analyzes progress data, and collaborates with families and other providers. The role supports individualized treatment decisions and coordinated care across home, school, and community settings.

What you'll do

• Provide behavior analysis services in clients’ natural environments, including homes, schools, and community settings
• develop and implement behavior intervention plans with clients, families, and professionals
• conduct assessments, observations, and data collection
• analyze trends and modify treatment
• collaborate with psychologists, speech therapists, and occupational therapists
• maintain accurate client records.
