What you'll do

• Provide direct nursing care in the medical-surgical unit

• monitor and document vital signs and treatment responses
• collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nurses
• educate patients about conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care
• assess patient conditions and initiate appropriate interventions.
