Registered Nurse – Detox and Residential Night Shift

Registered Nurse – Detox and Residential Night Shift is an onsite role in Brookfield, WI. Pay is $34–$50 per hour. The nurse is a critical member of the multidisciplinary team providing care to clients in detoxification and residential treatment for substance use and co-occurring disorders. The nurse provides overnight clinical care, monitors withdrawal symptoms and changes in condition, administers medications as ordered, and documents care. The role also supports a safe therapeutic environment and coordinates with behavioral health staff, counselors, medical providers, and the on-call medical team for urgent issues.

What you'll do

• Provide direct nursing care in detox and residential settings
• assess vital signs, withdrawal symptoms, and risks
• administer medications, including medication-assisted treatment as applicable
• monitor for adverse reactions and changes in condition
• document care
• conduct room checks
• respond to emergencies
• maintain electronic medical records
• collaborate with the on-call medical team and treatment staff.
