What you'll do

• Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, and through online leads
• recommend lift kits, wheels, tires, suspension upgrades, accessories, and related services
• prepare estimates and explain pricing, parts, labor, timelines, and options
• follow up on leads and quotes
• schedule installations and repairs
• coordinate with technicians and management
• complete customer documentation and authorizations
• and maintain organized customer areas.
