What you'll do

• Oversee ecological construction operations in the Northeastern U.S.
• prepare estimates and proposals
• conduct business development
• manage project budgets, client interactions, schedules, staff and equipment, and deliverables
• supervise and mentor junior staff
• maintain relationships with agencies, regulators, developers, consulting and engineering firms, and nonprofits
• support program budgeting and strategic planning.
