What you'll do

• Perform assigned care tasks and follow procedures
• record information in flow sheets, notes, and charts
• observe and report changes in client condition
• remind clients to take medication at the appropriate time
• assist with personal care, physical therapy exercises, mobility, toileting, meals, housekeeping, laundry, errands, transportation, and companionship
• measure and record temperature, pulse, and respirations as instructed.
