Hospice Aide

The Hospice Aide role is an onsite, full-time position based in Farmington, UT, scheduled Wednesday through Sunday, 9 AM–5 PM. Pay is $23–$25 per hour. Aspen Ridge Home Health & Hospice provides care focused on comfort and dignity for patients and their families during end-of-life care. The aide supports patients’ comfort and daily care while communicating observations to the supervising nurse and collaborating with families and the healthcare team. Accurate documentation and adherence to safety and infection-control procedures support continuity and quality of care.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, and positioning
• monitor vital signs and report changes to the supervising nurse
• administer medications and treatments as directed by the healthcare team
• provide companionship and emotional support
• document care and significant changes
• follow safety and infection-control procedures
• collaborate with families and healthcare teams.
