What you'll do

• Perform hemodialysis and specialized registered nursing care
• assess patients and document responses to treatment
• recognize changes and respond to emergencies, notifying the nephrologist when needed
• develop and evaluate care plans with patients and the care team
• verify orders and administer medications as ordered
• obtain laboratory specimens and perform routine tests
• educate patients about their disease and treatment
• follow infection-control practices and participate in quality assurance activities.

Why this role
