Compensation is $50,000–$3,000,000 per year. The Project Manager role is onsite in Houston, TX; The position manages expansion projects and facility improvements in a chemical storage terminal environment. It coordinates stakeholders, contractors, procurement, permitting, and project reporting to support effective delivery and handover to operations and maintenance.

What you'll do

• Plan project scopes, estimates, schematics, drawings, and specifications
• guide detailed engineering
• align stakeholders on scope and status
• support procurement and bid evaluations
• oversee contractor and supplier quality
• ensure safe design and construction
• conduct or arrange required safety reviews and audits
• report project progress, cash flow, resources, and safety metrics
• prepare project documentation and handover materials
• lead engineering, procurement, and construction scopes
• coordinate permitting.

Why this role
