MINI Apprentice Fast Service / Lube Technician

The MINI Apprentice Fast Service / Lube Technician role is onsite in Reno, NV, and compensation is not specified. Bill Pearce MINI’s service team offers hands-on development with experienced technicians and MINI/BMW factory training as assigned. The apprenticeship is intended to build the skills needed for increasingly advanced maintenance, diagnostic, and repair work. The technician performs routine services, documents inspections, follows dealership procedures, and develops technical skills through mentoring and training.

What you'll do

• Perform oil and filter services, scheduled maintenance, tire rotations and basic tire services, vehicle inspections, and basic maintenance checks. Replace filters, wiper blades, and batteries
• assist with tire mounting and balancing
• reset maintenance indicators
• document inspections and create customer inspection videos. Maintain a clean work area and dealership tools, follow MINI/BMW repair procedures and safety standards, and participate in factory training as assigned.
