What you'll do

• Assist with food functions as directed
• work with the Dietitian or Director of Food Services as needed
• follow food procedures and policies
• deliver trays and snacks
• serve meals according to portion-control procedures and on time
• clean kitchen work areas, equipment, utensils, and dishes
• sweep and mop floors
• remove garbage and keep work areas free of hazards
• set up meal trays, carts, and dining rooms
• collect and distribute menus.
