What you'll do

• Assist with installing or replacing HVAC equipment, including ductwork, split systems, and rooftop package units
• maintain the company vehicle and its stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment
• travel with the lead to job sites and coordinate with dispatch about schedules and delays
• design duct systems for comfort and efficiency
• discuss customer concerns and interests related to AC systems
• prepare invoices and paperwork and process credit card payments
• participate in company training
• and coach and mentor apprentices and entry-level installers.
