What you'll do

• Handle misdemeanor and felony cases from start to finish
• consult with clients and develop defense plans
• represent clients at hearings, motions, and trials
• draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
• negotiate plea agreements and settlements
• maintain client communication and documentation
• meet firm billable-hour and KPI targets.
