What you'll do

• Make daily staff assignments
• coordinate daily rounds and discharge conferences
• maintain timely patient placement, acuity, census, and electronic medical record entries
• support admissions, transfers, and discharges
• complete incident reports as needed
• conduct rounds to support safe assignments and patient care
• communicate admission and room-readiness information
• participate in new care partner orientation
• and monitor handovers, bedside shift reports, and hourly rounding.
