Compensation is $28–$38 per year. The Carpenter - Remodeler role is onsite in Ithaca, NY; The carpenter joins Upscale Remodeling’s residential remodeling team, working with design, production, carpenters, subcontractors, and office teams. The role executes remodeling and construction work from project review through completion, with a focus on craftsmanship, safety, communication, and client needs. Projects include kitchens, bathrooms, additions, renovations, and custom carpentry.

What you'll do

• Manage and execute assigned remodeling and construction projects
• coordinate with subcontractors
• serve as an onsite liaison and communicate project progress and client needs
• review scope, site conditions, and expectations
• perform and delegate construction tasks
• enforce safety guidelines
• submit daily job-log photos through BuilderTrend
• address client questions
• collaborate across projects
• attend project meetings
• resolve production issues
• plan work to reduce material and shop runs
• maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
