The Sheet Metal Press Brake Set-Up Operator role is onsite in Fort Wayne, IN; Riverside Mfg. supplies formed parts to downstream welding, finishing, and assembly operations. The operator sets up, programs, and runs CNC press brakes to produce precision sheet metal components to drawings and work orders. The role supports accurate, timely production through tooling setup, inspection, production tracking, and safe equipment operation.

What you'll do

• Interpret drawings and work orders
• select and align tooling
• program and prove out CNC press brake programs
• perform first-piece setups and adjustments
• operate press brakes on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
• meet production schedules and quality standards
• record production and labor
• inspect parts and maintain traceability
• follow safety procedures and perform routine maintenance.
