The Parent Educator – TSN Oahu role is onsite in ‘Ewa Beach, HI, and is up to 19 hours per week. Pay is $21.94 per hour. Child & Family Service works to strengthen families and foster the healthy development of children. The role supports families by conducting intake and assessments, developing family service plans with participants and clinical partners, and connecting families with community resources. It also documents services, participates in case conferences and training, and may transport participants using a personal vehicle.

What you'll do

• Conduct intake and required case-opening forms
• build rapport and provide support
• conduct initial assessments with a Clinical Specialist
• develop family service plans with families and partners
• administer child development screens and other assessments
• maintain community service contacts
• provide information and referrals
• transport participants as needed
• attend case conferences and staff meetings
• maintain case records and mileage logs
• participate in training.
