Evening Caregiver

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene
• follow individualized care plans and monitor client health
• provide medication reminders and support
• offer companionship and emotional encouragement
• assist with mobility and transfers
• help with meal preparation and nutritional support
• document care and report changes to the office
• collaborate with families, healthcare teams, and staff.
