Business Services Compliance Specialist

The Business Services Compliance Specialist role is onsite in Hebron, OH, full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Compensation is $18–$22 per hour based on experience. Licking/Knox Goodwill Industries provides training, employment, and support services to people with disabilities and other barriers to employment. The specialist helps ensure government regulatory requirements are met across government and commercial projects. The role works with managers and employees on work-ability documentation, prepares required reports, provides ongoing regulatory training, and serves as the contact for regulatory inquiries.

What you'll do

• Ensure government regulatory requirements are met

• secure medical and other information needed to document employee disability levels
• provide ongoing training on regulations and documentation
